Candidate memberships

Membership charges, introductory pricing, renewal cadence, and the date of the next charge are disclosed before checkout. A candidate may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid term unless law requires otherwise.

Employer postings

Payment does not guarantee publication. A posting rejected because it is not authorized, genuinely remote, accurate, lawful, or compliant with the Acceptable Job Posting Policy may be ineligible for a refund to the extent permitted by law. Other refund requests are reviewed against the purchased package, service delivered, and applicable law.

Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Provider processing time varies. Taxes are refunded when required. Receipts, invoices, payment status, taxes, and refunded amounts remain available in the account payment history when provider configuration is enabled.
