1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of RemoteAttorneyJobs.com and its candidate, employer, staff, and administrative services. By creating an account or using an authenticated feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate registration information.
2. Information, not legal advice
RemoteAttorneyJobs classifies job postings and screens possible admission pathways. The service does not provide legal advice, make admission decisions, establish an attorney-client relationship, or replace instructions from a court, licensing authority, employer, or qualified professional.
3. Job listings and licensing results
Listings, classifications, matching, and mobility results are screening aids. Source content can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or changed after collection. Always confirm whether a role is open and verify work location, compensation, duties, admission, supervision, travel, and other requirements with the employer and relevant official authority.
4. Candidate profiles
You authorize the service to process material you upload to create a private structured profile. Review important facts before relying on them. Résumé statements, candidate confirmations, official verification, and system inferences remain separately labeled; work location or job title does not silently become a verified admission.
5. Speed Apply
Speed Apply creates an internal request using the processed résumé and profile you expressly authorize for a specific job. Creation of a request does not mean an application was transmitted to, received by, or accepted by an employer or external applicant-tracking system. Only a status expressly marked “sent to employer” indicates that an operator recorded external delivery; you should still confirm receipt with the employer. RemoteAttorneyJobs is not your agent and does not guarantee submission, interview, or employment.
6. Employer responsibilities
Employers and their representatives must have authority to submit postings, provide accurate and lawful job information, honor applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and avoid requesting protected or unnecessary personal information. Payment places a posting into review and does not guarantee publication. Drafts, listings, and introduction requests may be reviewed, rejected, suspended, hidden, expired, or removed.
7. Accounts and security
Keep credentials and devices secure, use your own account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Role-restricted areas require the appropriate verified identity; administrator access requires multi-factor authentication. We may invalidate sessions or restrict an account to protect users or the service.
8. Acceptable use
Do not access another person’s data, scrape or overload the service, bypass access controls, submit malware or unlawful material, misrepresent identity or professional credentials, post deceptive jobs, reverse engineer protected systems, or use results to make unlawful employment decisions.
9. Community discussions
Job and employer discussions are moderated professional forums, not private chat. Do not post confidential, privileged, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, promotional, misleading, or personally identifying material. Submit only information you have the right to share. Messages may be reviewed before publication and later edited, rejected, hidden, preserved for safety review, or removed. Approval does not mean RemoteAttorneyJobs verifies or endorses a message.
10. Communications
Transactional messages may be sent to operate requested features. Marketing email and marketing SMS require separate consent where required, and may be withdrawn through the offered controls. Phone verification does not by itself enroll a number in marketing messages. Carrier message and data rates may apply to SMS.
11. Paid services
Prices, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any refund terms must be shown at checkout before a paid service is activated. The candidate introductory offer is $4.95 for the first 30 days and then $19.95 each calendar month unless cancelled; annual access is $99 per year. Stripe may process cards and eligible Apple Pay or Google Pay transactions; PayPal may process eligible one-time employer purchases. Recurring services continue until cancelled through the account billing portal, and access ordinarily continues through the paid term. Candidate subscription access begins only after active or trialing status is confirmed. Employer payment moves a posting into review, not automatic publication. Refunds, disputes, reversals, expiration, cancellation, or failed payments may suspend the related listing or access. Renewal notices and receipts are subject to the final approved checkout and communications workflow.
12. Ownership and feedback
You retain rights in material you submit. You grant the limited rights needed to host, moderate, process, reproduce, publish, and transmit that material to provide features you request. RemoteAttorneyJobs and its licensors retain rights in the service, design, software, classifications, and documentation. Feedback may be used without obligation.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion through available controls. We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, misuse, or material breach. Some records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, noninfringement, job placement, admission, or outcome. Any limitation of liability, exclusions, statutory rights, and remedy provisions require counsel approval and will apply only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where required, additional notice or consent. Until the operator’s legal name, notice address, governing law, and dispute process are approved and published, this draft must not be treated as launch-ready legal acceptance. Use the support channel associated with your account for service questions.
